Studio apartments

Our studio apartments are suitable for either 2 or 3 persons. Each studio apartment has an en-suite facility, a fully fitted modern kitchenette, twin or double bed and a balcony. Standard satellite TV, air conditioning and room safe.

Maisonette apartments

Our maisonette apartments are suitable for either 3 or 4 persons. Each maisonette apartment has its own en-suite facility, fully fitted kitchenette with dinning table, twin beds, separate floor with double bed accessed by internal stairs and a balcony. Standard satellite TV, sofas, air conditioning and room safe.

Family apartments

Our large family apartments are suitable for either 4 or 5 persons. Each family apartment has an en-suite facility, a fully fitted kitchenette with dinning table, twin beds, separate double bedroom. Standard satellite TV, sofas, air conditioning and room safe. The family apartments have a choice of either balconies overlooking the swimming pool area or with a secure patio and garden area. Please make your choice when booking. These family apartments are ideal for small children.

Villa Maria facilities for all standards of accommodation

The images shown bellow are from both our studio apartments and maisonette apartments. All our accommodation comes with; a fitted kitchen with filter coffee machine, fridge, cooker with grill and is equipped with all your essential items. Colour TV with standard satellite connection, air conditioning and wall safe. All our furniture is of the highest quality and is styled to make you feel you are staying in a private house, not a hotel room. Each apartment has it's own balcony.

The high quality offered by Villa Maria continues outside as well. With shaded cool areas to rest from the sun drenched pool, the lobby has information relating to what's available in and around Poros Island. The decor throughout Villa Maria is modern, clean. Both Nikos and Elaine have spared no effort to make you feel that you are staying somewhere special not just another sterile holiday studio room.
